Morgan Sickels

Morgan Sickels is a Human Capital Analyst at JFG Family Office, where she supports the continued development and delivery of the firm’s Human Capital services. She coordinates client engagements, internal meetings, trainings, and team initiatives while maintaining the systems, resources, and documentation that support the Human Capital platform.

In her role, Morgan works closely with clients and members of the Human Capital Team to manage logistical planning, track ongoing services, and build out internal integration systems. She is focused on expanding her knowledge of family learning, development, and human capital practices while continuing to leverage internal AI initiatives in a relational space.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business with a minor in Spanish from Skidmore College. While at Skidmore, she was a four-year member of the varsity field hockey team and served as manager of the Skidmore-Saratoga Consulting Partnership. Prior to joining JFG, she worked as an associate for a social impact consulting firm.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys coaching and playing field hockey with the Colorado Bears Field Hockey Club, reading, and skiing.
