This event is a unique opportunity for families to spend dedicated time with those they love, focusing on what they care about most - creating a healthy, thriving, fulfilled family legacy. Guests will attend curated workshops with subject matter experts, breakout sessions led by their peers, and affinity groups of other JFG families who share similar interests.

JFG’s Wealth Roadmap process begins with identifying each family’s north star and set of guiding principles. Next, the family discovers their shared values and character strengths, resulting in the creation of mission and vision statements. We then help families build a decision-making framework for how future generations are able to access family resources. The result is clarity, empowerment, and more robust communication within the family.

Families can benefit from having an independent professional facilitator help navigate some of the more difficult conversations. Our Human Capital team offers personalized family meeting facilitation, couples alignment sessions, positive prenuptial exercises, and rising generation coaching. These experiences are custom built for each family through a discovery process that aligns with their wealth roadmap.

JFG has built financial literacy curriculum for rising generation family members. These resources are available in workbooks, online, featured videos, and interactive gaming experiences.

We also create cohorts for rising generation from different families to connect, experience share, and learn from one another. This results in meaningful conversations they are not having any place else in their lives.

JFG’s Philanthropy Roadmap framework builds momentum from the motivational values and character strengths identified in the Wealth Roadmap process. With an emphasis on legacy and impact, Philanthropy Roadmap development helps clients envision the transformative power of the family’s time, talent, treasure, and ties. Using the Philanthropy Roadmap as a guide, families are confident in charitable decision-making frameworks, able to instill values in future generations, and empowered to give generously.

We help build thoughtful and proactive governance structures to equip enterprising families with scaffolding and skills to thrive over generations. Our team assists families in developing family compacts including policies for employment, prenuptial agreements, enterprise education, and financial literacy education. With a focus on transparent communication and values alignment, we provide family members with tools, resources, and training to successfully navigate the opportunities and challenges of owning a family business.
