Nicole M. Libbey, MA

Nicole M. Libbey is a Senior Associate Human Capital Advisor at JFG Family Office, where she plays a key role in designing and delivering the firm’s Rising Gen and broader Human Capital offerings. With a background in psychology and clinical mental health, Nicole brings a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to helping individuals and families navigate complexity, strengthen communication, and build meaningful steps toward long-term flourishing.

Nicole leads JFG’s Rising Gen programming, including individual coaching and cohort experiences, and supports the development of the firm’s Human Capital platform through content creation, system integration, and leading the logistical planning of the firm’s annual signature event, the Human Capital Summit. Nicole is also an active contributor across Human Capital engagements, co-facilitating client work and supporting families through nuanced conversations around values, identity, and transition.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Health Science and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University, where she also served as a Graduate Assistant in both departments. Nicole began her career in mental healthcare, specializing in level-of-care assessment, eating disorder treatment, and the impact of food insecurity. Through facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, Nicole developed a strong foundation in guiding clients through complex emotional and relational dynamics, which supports her work with JFG’s families and Rising Gen.  Nicole is also an iEQ9-Certified Enneagram Facilitator and uses the Enneagram in both client engagements and internally to the firm to deepen self-awareness, strengthen team dynamics, and support individual growth.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys live music, spending time with friends, and taking full advantage of Colorado’s outdoors through running, hiking, and paddle boarding.
