Patrick C. Crawford, CFA®

Patrick C. Crawford serves as Managing Director of Investments for JFG Family Office in Dallas, where he co-leads the investment team alongside Will Dowell and Mary Love Koons. He is also a voting member on JFG’s Investment Committee.

Patrick concurrently holds a position as Senior Vice President and Partner at TDI Real Estate companies, where he co-leads their platform and disposition of their $3+ billion multi-family real estate portfolio. He operates as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer and was tapped to join TDI after the board’s sale of one of the largest multi-family development firms in the country, JPI.

Prior to joining TDI and JFG Family Office, Patrick co-founded a real estate development platform focusing on attainable housing and providing high-quality living options for individuals and families. He was previously employed at a consulting firm, Value Inc., where he worked on hundreds of consulting engagements from building out a family office with over $1b in assets to buy-side transactions advising on over $10b+ in transaction volume.

Patrick received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Baylor University.

Patrick is a CFA® Charterholder and serves as an Investment Committee member overseeing the H.E. Butt Foundation’s endowment portfolio. He also serves as a Board Advisor for Palingen Capital. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys golfing, bow hunting, cheering on all DFW sports teams, and spending time with his wife and four children.
